C btry moved 11 times while I was there. A & B sat on the same fire bases for a year! While on Veghel an ammo dump blew up, a cat skinner saved our lives.

My last tour I started with the 1/83rd and it joined the 2/94th and the 1/83rd colors were sent home. I was a medic with HHB and various other batteries.

Was originally at HHB 1/83 until Lam Son 719. Joined C Btry and went to Con Thien, then went to 108 Group to help fire in 2/94 and 8/4 batteries in/around Khe Sanh.

Arrived in Nui Dat in November of '67 as an 82C surveyor. After Tet the Bn moved North. Later I was put in HQ FDC. Radio known as 'Delta Juliet'

I LEFT NAM FROM FSB ROY.I ALSO RECALL BURNING CRAP BACK AT BASE CAMP.WOULD LIKE TO HERE FROM ANYBODY THAT I SERVED WITH. IT HAS BEEN MANY YEARS & A WORLD APART BUT THE MEMORIES ARE STILL CLEAR.
